ABOUT THE COMPETITION...
This is the only sanctioned American Culinary Federation competition of its kind in the state of Arizona. Chefs come from far and wide as well as Prescott to compete for accreditation points and medals in a variety of categories of culinary presentations. A few of the chefs will be practicing for the Culinary Olympics in Germany later on this year. Starting at 6AM they have a short period of time to set up their display before the judging by Master Chefs. The awards and public viewing is open for no charge at 11:30 AM. Come talk with the Chefs about their presentations and get to know this "not for profit" culinary organization first hand. (BRING YOUR CAMERA) All media outlets are invited and non alcoholic beverages will be available.

Sigh. It would be an unforgivable shame to eat any of those beautiful creations. They are just too pretty to eat. Oh but they make my tummy rumble looking at them!
